6. Artwork and Design Approval
Where Signage Maker provides a design, artwork, layout, or visual proof, the customer should review it carefully before approval.
Production may begin after approval. Signage Maker does not normally take responsibility for mistakes that were clearly visible, in artwork or information that the customer had approved.
When customers give their logos, photographs, fonts, trademarks, designs or other materials customers confirm that customers own the rights or have permission to use those materials.
Payment terms will be communicated through the applicable quotation, invoice, or other written agreement.Depending on the project, an advance payment may be required before design, procurement, fabrication, printing, or production begins.
The remaining payment, where applicable, must be made according to the agreed payment schedule.
Production and delivery timelines provided by Signage Maker are estimates unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing.
Timelines might change because of artwork approval, availability of materials order size, custom changes, delays in payment, site readiness, transport issues, weather conditions or events, beyond our control.
We will do our best to finish your order within the timeline we have shared.
When installation is included the customer must give access to the installation location and make sure the site is ready, for installation. Any extra work that comes from site conditions, structural changes, electrical work, access equipment, permissions or other requirements that were not part of the original quotation may be charged separately after talking with the customer.
Because a lot of our products are made specifically for customers, printed built or created based on what the customer has approved it might not always be possible to cancel once the making has started.
If a customer asks to cancel or change something after the materials have been bought or the making has begun there could be charges, for the costs involved.
Any cancellation or modification will be handled according to the stage of the project and the agreed order terms.
Customized signage, printed materials, fabricated products, personalized displays and other made‑to‑order products generally cannot be returned simply because a customer changes their mind after approving the specifications.
If you believe that a supplied product has a manufacturing defect or materially differs from the approved specifications please contact us promptly with details and photographs. We will review the matter. Determine an appropriate resolution based on the circumstances.
Unless otherwise mentioned the website content, including text, pictures, designs, photos, symbols and other original items that belong to Signage Maker cannot be copied, shared again or used for business purposes without permission.
